Steps Toward Connection & Conditioning

Soak up some fun and make a new friend with The Fit and Food Connection's summer walking group, Steps Toward Connection. This class is a fun way to stay in shape during the summer. In the first half of the class, the group will do a vigorous walk on the nature trail followed by a beginner-friendly exercise session. Sessions are held every Thursday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at St. Vincent's Community Center and Water Park 7335 St Charles Rock Rd, St. Louis, MO 63133. The class will meet at Picnic Site 2. There will be signs directing you to the location. We look forward to seeing you there.
