The summertime is a great time to start anew. In the “Guide to a Healthy Lifestyle” July nutrition series, our volunteer instructor, Patricia Kaufman, will take you through practical tips to addressing everyday health issues including topics such as weight loss, living with diabetes, and high blood pressure, and becoming more active.
