The Fit & Food Connection is a new non-profit serving people in Northern St. Louis. We provide free food assistance to low-income families and empower people to get healthy through free fitness classes and nutrition education.

We need volunteers to assist with delivering our our food items from St. Peter's Church Ferguson (1425 Stein Rd. St. Louis, MO 63135) to community members in North St. Louis, Saturday, 10/25/25, from approximately 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM!

Task: Assisting with driving food bags to our community members, typically 5-7 people per route. This task requires you to use your own vehicle.

Time: During this food pantry, drivers should arrive at 12:00 PM.

Parking: Please park in the LOWER parking lot, located directly off West Florissant Ave. This is not the main church parking lot located off Stein Rd, rather a secondary/resource center lot located next to the childcare center. If coming in heading west on West Florissant, the lot is immediately after passing the church, and if coming in east on West Florissant, the lot is immediately before the church. There is a colorful childcare sign and fire hydrant right next to driveway entrance to lot.

Looking for a quick task to assist with this fall season? The Fit & Food Connection is seeking volunteers to assist with our annual Food Drive. On Friday November 21st, we are in need of people to assist with picking up food donations for our annual Thanksgiving food drive from local businesses. This task would require you to pick up donations from a local business and use your vehicle to bring them to our pantry sorting location. Businesses will all be within a 20-30 minute radius of our pantry.

Looking for a quick task to assist with this fall season? The Fit & Food Connection is seeking volunteers to assist with our annual Food Drive. On Monday November 3rd, we are in need of people to assist with the distribution of food donation bins to small businesses around the city. This task would require you to meet us at our pantry location (1425 Stein Rd) to pick-up the donation bin and then use your vehicle to bring the bin to a local business. Businesses will all be within a 20-30 minute radius of our pantry.

Farm to Table is FFC's largest fundraising event of the year! We are seeking eager community members who would like to assist with any/all aspects of this event. Please sign-up here for the shift you would like to assist with!
