Volunteer Application Form

Looking for a quick task to assist with this winter season? The Fit & Food Connection is seeking volunteers to assist with our annual Food Drive. On Friday December 19th, we are in need of people to assist with picking up food donations for our annual Holiday food drive from local businesses. This task would require you to pick up donations from a local business and use your vehicle to bring them to our pantry sorting location. Businesses will all be within a 20-30 minute radius of our pantry. 

Time: Anywhere between 9:30 am - 1:30 pm

The Fit & Food Connection is a new non-profit serving people in Northern St. Louis. We provide free food assistance to low-income families and empower people to get healthy through free fitness classes and nutrition education.

We need volunteers to assist with delivering our our food items from The Legacy Center (6850 Normandale Dr) to community members in North St. Louis, Saturday, 12/20/25, from approximately 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM!

Task: Assisting with driving food bags to our community members, typically 5-7 people per route. Community members are located in North City and North County St. Louis and will be grouped according to their location. This task requires you to use your own vehicle.

Time: During this food pantry, drivers should arrive at 12:00 PM.
