The Fit & Food Connection is a non-profit serving people in Northern St. Louis. We provide free food assistance to low-income families and empower people to get healthy through free fitness classes and nutrition education.

We need volunteers to assist with delivering our our food items from St. Peter's Church Ferguson (1425 Stein Rd. St. Louis, MO 63135) to community members in North St. Louis, Saturday, 2/14/26, from approximately 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM!

Task: Assisting with driving food bags to our community members, typically 5-7 people per route. This task requires you to use your own vehicle.

Time: During this food pantry, drivers should arrive at 12:00 PM.

Looking for a remote way to promote health and wellness within the St. Louis community? We invite you to reach out about how you can participate in our virtual wellness initiatives. We are currently seeking individuals who have a passion or education in the health and wellness space to assist with creating educational videos to be shared with the public. These videos are completely up to you and your expertise! Some examples may include: a quick workout video, managing stress, how to read a food label, or meal prepping. Interested in making a difference in the St. Louis fitness and wellness space? This opportunity is perfect for you! In partnership with local organizations, we are hosting monthly healthy eating/cooking demonstration sessions February - December 2026. Facilitation guides can be provided or come with your own ideas! This opportunity will have the potential to be paid.
